 WHAT IS SWIFT®?

Swift is a new technology, developed in the UK, which has been licenced for the general treatment of skin lesions in Podiatry and Dermatology for the treatment of verucca. Swift uses microwave energy which is delivered through a special probe applied to the skin to treat the affected tissue.

  • SWIFT is the most successful Verruca Treatment.

  • Minimal Pain.

  • Short Treatment Time.

  • No Chemicals, Needles or Instruments used.

  • No Dressings Required.

  • You can return to normal activities after treatment.

  • Clinically Proven. Evidence Based treatment.

Nail surgery is offered to patients with recurring in-growing toenails or those with other nail conditions warranting surgical intervention such as chronic involution, trauma or dystrophic nails. All procedures are carried out under local anaesthetic, and all surgical procedures are performed under strict aseptic conditions, minimising the risk of infection.

If required, nail surgery can often be carried out within a few days of initial consultation. NHS waiting lists often take weeks. By choosing private care means you can be seen within days rather than weeks.

Prior to the procedure you will be fully assessed, the procedure will be explained including the risks and benefits.

Often the root causes of pain can be associated with dysfunctional anatomy. We assess clients with functional anatomical problems including excessive pronation, ‘flat feet’, heel pain, knee and hip pain. We will examine the joints of the foot and lower limb, assess the quality and range of movement, inspect soft tissue structures and isolate the causes of pain or dysfunction.

We use the latest technology to collect data and provide the most detailed biomechanical analysis available within minutes and helps always involve the patient in their assessment.

With the help of orthotic devices, we can help people to walk, run and live life to the full without pain. Suitably qualified professionals like us are best placed to advise you on these issues, and because we are not a 'retailer' the patient is always our first priority. We only offer advice based on a clinical need, not a sales target.
