bt8podiatry Clinic Guidelines during COVID-19

What is required of you

  • Do not make an appointment if you or anyone in your household have symptoms of a cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell or is currently in isolation due to COVID-19 symptoms. This is your responsibility to confirm this.

  • All patients are asked to wear a mask or face covering to their appointment. If you do not have one there will be disposable face masks at the clinic reception.

  • Patients are to arrive at their appointment on time. No earlier or later. This is to avoid patients in waiting room. If you arrive early please wait in your car until your appointment time.

  • At clinic we are practising social distancing. Please try and remain 2 metres apart at all times when possible.

  • Please sanitise hands when you enter clinic.

  • You may bring strictly one other person to clinic with you if needed.

  • If you are making an appointment please be aware that there is currently a COVID-19 pandemic and by being treated there is a small risk of transmission due to mixing with other people.  The podiatrist will wear appropriate protective equipment and follow strict infection control protocols to minimise this risk as much as they can.

  • If you are shielding and wish to come to an appointment please note this is done at your own risk. bt8podiatry are responsible for ensuring that the clinic is following strict infection control protocols to minimise as much risk as possible.

  • Use Contactless payment when possible
