Diabetic Assessment with Pressure Plate Analysis
A Podiatry diabetic assessment is a crucial component of comprehensive healthcare for individuals with diabetes. This assessment focuses on evaluating and monitoring the foot health of diabetic patients, addressing potential risks and complications associated with the condition. Diabetes can lead to nerve damage, known as peripheral neuropathy, and impaired blood circulation, which can significantly increase the chances of developing foot problems. Through a podiatry diabetic assessment, podiatrists can identify early signs of foot-related issues, such as ulcers, infections, calluses, or deformities, and implement proactive measures to prevent their progression. By regularly undergoing these assessments, patients can effectively manage their foot health, reduce the risk of complications, and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. The podiatrist's expertise, combined with patient education and personalised care, ensures optimal foot health and promotes overall well-being for individuals living with diabetes.

Heel Pain Assessment
At our clinic, we understand the debilitating impact that heel pain can have on your life. That's why we offer comprehensive assessments specifically tailored to diagnose and treat heel pain effectively. Our skilled Podiatrists are experienced in evaluating the underlying causes of heel pain, which may include plantar fasciitis or heel spurs to name a few. During the assessment, we conduct a thorough examination, taking into account the patient's medical history, lifestyle factors, and any relevant symptoms. We may also use pressure plate and gait analysis to gain a detailed understanding of the condition. By identifying the root cause of heel pain, we will develop personalised treatment plans that may include a combination of physical therapy, custom orthotics and stretching exercises. Our goal is to alleviate pain, promote healing, and restore our patient’s mobility, allowing them to return to their daily activities with confidence.
